«First I like the location. I rented a room with lake view, the view every morning is awesome. It has a pool and a block away from the beach. The place is safe because it is gated and the security is 24/7. The food was excellent. Staffs and management are realy accommodating. They provided all our needs through out our 2 weeks stay. My wife and son enjoyed the whole stay. Im surely gonna come back on our next vacation to Roxas. Oh, the price is very cheap! It comes with a buffet breakfast, beat that! Shout out to Tita Dodi who organized our stay! You're the best!»

What was the highlight of The San Antonio Resort

it is not the matter of what I like. My niece loved the place. In fact she did not want to leave! she loved the pool, her bed and the resort was an exciting place for her. I will not be second guessing when I recommend the resort to my friends and family.

The breakfast was not that amazing though. but it was at least hearty. probably because i was expecting an international style breakfast. or probably the timing when we went? but I think regardless of the circumstance ... service should be automatic, no need to request for this and that.

San Antonio Resorts gives you that 5-star feels, without breaking the bank! It’s the best hotel in Roxas City, and i’ll definitely come back.

During my stay, the wifi connection is soo poor. It’s not even working! We encountered a minor problem though: we were booked at room 106, and the AC was working fine when we arrived. The following say, AC wasn’t working anymore and after raising it, they immediately sent someone who can check it. Apparently, the AC needs cleaning and they gave us an electric fan for the time being. Given that i was inconvenienced by the what happened, they upgraded us to the garden suite with no extra charge (initially, they wanted us to move to a smaller room, which i refused). Overall, i enjoyed my stay! Save for the minor issue, i would still go back to SAR. Pool is nice and the breakfast is satisfying!

The staff

The buffet was terrible - the milk smelled bad, the choices in the buffet was very small, not like a hotel who has 5 stars. The shower didn’t work as well, when you had turn on the shower, you could stay for 2 minutes before the water came.

Great location,staff great(one apart),food,room size,pool

One staff member was very very I thought strict on reception but all the other staff great but wont let that one person put me off staying again as the other 99 were superb and helpful,lack of towels and toilet paper but these are easily fixed but its a great place and anyone who doesn't agree must be a very hard person to please!

What was the highlight of The San Antonio Resort

The property was clean and well up kept. The staff was great I would especially like to thank the house cleaning crew staff member Erlyn joy Dumol and her pardner Client Anthony Gaivez. For always being there to help us out and when I extended my stay they help transfer our luggage and things safely and that was a great comfort to us thank you so much for your great work excellent.

Pour cable service and staff needs more work on Mixology with their mix drinks.

What was the highlight of The San Antonio Resort

The staffs were very kind, friendly and accommodating. They did their best to make us feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. They even offered free early check-in and has storage for luggages as well. Our room was clean everyday without us even asking for it.

The wifi which always disconnects after inactivity for like 15 minutes. Location is great during the day (near beach and seafood restaurants) but during the evening, it was super quiet. No grocery store, bakkery nor establishments within walking distance.

Room was clean.

I booked a superior twin room located near a dried up lagoon which emits an unpleasant and bothersome smell. The pathway going to the room is creepy. Breakfast is so-so.

The room was big and clean. Aircon was running when we arrived. It took me a while to understand how the hot water system worked and it was nice when it did. The buffet breakfast/dining room was a nice surprise with a view to the pool/lake/river. There needs to be a sign to direct people to this room. If it weren't for staff having breakfast by the pool we would have had a hard time understanding where to have breakfast. We all assumed it was going to be served by the pool! The hotel's location was just perfect - sea, beach, restaurants, airport down the road and service is always nice. There is a cafe next to reception and it serves western and filipino food. We had dinner at Alma's Grill not too far from the hotel and had the best seafood for two nights. We loved browsing and ordering the food at the entrance display and service was fantastic - they have oysters - just ask for it. Try the baby back ribs. The breeze and view by the ocean even better, and there was a huge crowd of people on the beach enjoying the cool night. In-room massages were good too. Catching a tricycle was easy - walk out of reception and there's a few waiting on the road. One even offered an all-day service. I would've taken it if I didn't have to do my laundry that day. Airport transfer in a 10-seater, air-conditioned van was complimentary and a nice way to catch our flight.

Nothing. It’s very expensive for a low standard hotel.

One of the staff is not accomodating. The room that i booked was expensive for an overnight stay and i’m expecting for a nice and comfy room but then when we arrived it wasn’t meet my expectation. The sliding door was defective, the lake just behind our room has a foul smell. the telephone was not functioning, when we arrived there wasn’t any food in the room and the refrigerator was empty, upon checked out the receptionist asked if we consume any food or drinks in the room. I’m so disappointed about the service that they offered to us. the WIFI is very poor. No WIFI connection at all during our stay.

Отель работает над ландшафтным дизайном - была посадка красивых растений и газонной травы. Заказывали массаж - понравилось. Довольно разнообразные завтраки. Большая территория, есть где погулять. Горячая вода в ванной комнате.

Самый большой минус - состояние озера. Есть подозрение, что отель сливает в него канализационные отходы, так как часто из труб, которые торчат из стен террас номеров "лагуна", часами сливалась в озеро жидкость. Не думаю, что это была просто вода. :( В безветренную солнечную погоду от озера шел стойкий запах канализации. И хоть мы имели собственную террасу, мы не могли ею воспользоваться из-за этого ужасного запаха последние 2 дня нашего пребывания в этом номере. Часть дорог на территории отеля без покрытия - в дождь неприятно ходить, обувь и ноги грязные. Слабая уборка территории - на газоне вокруг бассейна по направлению к озеру множество мелкого мусора - бумажки, пакеты, пробки от бутылок, палочки от мороженного и прочее. Никто не убирал этот мусор за все наше проживание в отеле. Также на территории отеля видели несколько дохлых крыс. Одна крыса в крови лежала вдоль тропинки около входа в помещение, где сервируют завтраки. Персонал ходил мимо и не торопился убрать ее. При выселении обнаружилась частичная пропажа денег из сейфа на ресепшене. Потребовалось довольно длительное время и нервы, чтобы персонал вернул недостающую сумму. Море чистое, купались 5 дней без проблем. Потом появились черные медузы. Ужалили меня и сына. После этого не купались. Постояльцы паркуют свои машины прям около гостевых домиков, хотя отель имеет отдельную парковку.

La chambre , la piscine , l'accueil à la réception : parfait !

Hélas , le petit déjeuner est désastreux ! Salle moche , tables sales , plein de fourmis vers le buffet , manque de choix , quand les seuls fruits sont partis : personne ne "refill" , les œufs au plat sont froids , tout est crade .....

We love the ambiance of the resort the staff are accommodating.

You have sets of glass, mugs and water pot. Also items to sell inside the room.(chips, soda and coffee). But you dont have stirer or teaspoon to use for coffee.
